Steve Weisz
President
Steve Weisz knows technology investments are about more than just a software solution for your business. He also recognizes the importance of taking time to understand how a customer’s daily operations work and ensures customer satisfaction by continuing to work closely with clients throughout the implementation process and long after they are operational.
Over 30 years ago, Steve founded Complete Business Solutions with the goal of ensuring his customers would benefit from his in-the-trenches business experience as well as his technology expertise. With an Accounting degree from the University of San Diego with an emphasis on Management Information Systems (MIS), being on the ground floor of the industry, he gained experience from working in a Big 5 Accounting firm. For that reason, his credentials speak for themselves.
True to Steve’s character, it is also important to form relationships with each of his customers, and he knows taking care of them is just as important as successfully deploying their new software solution. To Steve, it is imperative that every customer has a good experience throughout the process and continues to benefit from their investment with Complete Business Solutions long after the software solution has been deployed.
As an industry-savvy technology expert, Steve understands the importance of staying current on technology while also understanding the day-to-day business operations. As such, he currently holds Microsoft ERP and CRM certifications and regularly attends technology trainings and industry conferences to stay on the cutting edge.
Steve has a knack for bringing out the best in people and is well-known for his sense of humor and his upbeat attitude. When he’s not spending time with customers, he enjoys being outdoors, riding his bike, a good movie, and time with his family.
Blanche Sabga
Operations / Customer Relations
Blanche Sabga brings years of customer relationship experience to Complete Business Solutions and consequently, wears many hats within the organization. She currently manages daily operations where she is also responsible for pre-sales qualifications, customer relations, marketing activities, and as she so fondly says “the buck stops with her.”
Early in her career, Blanche worked for a conglomerate of companies as the personal assistant to the Chairman. This position proved to be invaluable to Blanche’s career as it is where she learned every aspect of their business in the food and clothing manufacturing and distribution industries, and the importance of ensuring every detail is solidified for things to run smoothly, giving her an in-depth understanding of how businesses operate.
In 1991, Blanche joined the team at Complete Business Solutions where her industry experience and knowledge of how businesses operate has been invaluable to their growth and expansion. She enjoys a close working relationship with customers and vendors, ensuring that no details are ever overlooked.
Blanche grew up on the beautiful island of Trinidad which is where she developed a love of the ocean. In her spare time, she enjoys working out, reading a good book, and hitting the beach with her family.
